The Biodiversity Workshop 2025 brings together experts and students from Una Europa partner universities. Along the workshop we furthermore invite you to a panel discussion and Una Europa lecture.

Where? Freie Universität Berlin, Campus Dahlem, Elisabeth-Schiemann-Hörsaal; Konigin-Luise-Str.12-16

What? Una Europa lecture about biodiversity monitoring.

Speakers are:

• Aletta Bonn, Berlin’s State Commissioner for Nature Conservation and Landscape Management.
• Professor José Aguirre from UCM Madrid, an expert in vertebrate monitoring,
• Vivien Lovette, a master’s student at Freie Universität Berlin and contributor to the "Blühender Campus" project

After the panel discussion the audience will have time to bring in their own thoughts and pose questions. Afterwards we will have open end in the entry hall of the building and the opportunity to look at posters about each Una Europa location prepared by students.
