General questions about access, service, and data protection

To be able to use Campus Management, all members of Freie Universität require an account issued by ZEDAT (German).

You can use your Freie Universität account to log into Campus Management: https://lb.ecampus.fu-berlin.de

If you are a new student at Freie Universität, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a personal Freie Universität account after you enroll. If you don’t receive this email, please get in touch with ZEDAT Support Service at: http://www.zedat.fu-berlin.de/Beratung.

If you are an instructor having problems accessing CM, please visit the following page: Teaching staff concerns (FAQs).

You log in using the Internet (world wide web). You can find the login page here: https://lb.ecampus.fu-berlin.de

If you do not have access to a computer with an Internet connection, or if technical problems occur when accessing the website, you can make use of Freie Universität’s central computer lab (opening hours: http://www.zedat.fu-berlin.de/PC_Pools/Home/). The individual departments of Freie Universität also often have their own computer labs available to students. You can find an overview of them here: departmental computer labs

First try logging in to the ZEDAT Portal (https://portal.zedat.fu-berlin.de/index.html) to see if the problem persists. Please make sure you have entered your password correctly.

If the password is correct and you are still unable to log in, please report your issue to the Freie Universität Berlin Info Service hotline by telephone at 838-77770 or by email at: cm-hotline@fu-berlin.de, stating the content of the error message.
