Do you generally feel like you have more tasks to do than you have time? Do you constantly feel time pressure and don’t know where to start? Are you not reaching your goals because you are not using your time efficiently?
Then take some “time” in this workshop to reflect upon your time and self-management.
This practical workshop introduces you to a range of techniques and approaches that help you use your time more efficiently, prevent stress and make you achieve your goals… so that this semester you will feel more in line with your priorities and values.
Please note that the event starts at 2pm sharp. The event will be held in English.
