If you have already been nominated, the Erasmus office will provide you with information about all necessary online portals and links. Please read all tasks on the Distributed Campus Portal so you can prepare for your stay in Berlin. You can access all information regarding your stay in Berlin with the help of the Distributed Campus portal at any time.
The start of the semester can be summarized in these three steps for all Erasmus students
1. Enrollment Documents
The Erasmus team will ask you to send in various enrollment documents. Please check your e-mail inbox regularly and pay attention to the deadlines indicated in the e-mail. We are unable to enroll you without the enrollment documents.
2. Personal enrollment
Before the semester begins (summer semester: March, winter semester: September) we will invite you to a personal enrollment. Among other things, you will receive access to the FU systems and your Campuscard. If you are unable to attend the pre-semester enrollment sessions, you can also be registered during the orientation days.
3. Orientation Days
At the beginning of each semester, we organize extensive orientation days for you. These take place during the first week of April and the first week of October.
