Transcript of Records
Our Office Hours
Tuesday: 2:00 - 4:00 pm Thursday: 10:00 - 12:00 amAt the end of your stay abroad, you will receive your Transcript of Records
The transcript is an official document that lists the courses you have attended at the FU (including grades and ECTS points achieved).
Transcripts of Records are not issued automatically at the FU, but must be requested by you personally.
If you have a deadline from your home university by which the transcript of records must be submitted, please inform us as soon as possible.
At the end of your stay, you will receive an information email telling you who to contact to obtain a transcript. This email will also explain the process for obtaining your transcript of records in detail. Please read this information carefully and follow the instructions to obtain your transcript of records.
