The "India & South Asia" Round Table 2024-25 was organised and moderated by Prof. Dr. Verena Blechinger-Talcott, Vice President of Freie Universität Berlin, on March 5, 2025.

The event saw discussions about the recent developments in India and South Asia, the current scientific, educational and political landscape and policies, and experiences in cooperation with India and the region in an internal FU circle of scientists and professors with an interest in or projects in the region.

Prof. Dr. Blechinger-Talcott will be travelling to India as part of the DAAD Higher Education Policy Leaders' Delegation. She also shared her outlook on the upcoming trip. Dr. Herbert Grieshop, Director of International Affairs, provided valuable insights into current cooperations in India and South Asia.
