The session will show how to select appropriate jobs based on your skills and aspirations. We will discuss how to create compelling resumes and cover letters, as well as how to be successful in a job interview. You learn about common mistakes applicants make during this process, from poorly tailored applications to unprofessional follow-ups. This will give you a clear understanding of what you should and should not do when applying for a job.
Presenter:
Rouven Sperling is Project Manager at Berlin Partner. He studied in Freiburg (D) and London (GB) and has been working in the field of career orientation for almost 20 years. During his professional career, he has already supervised and initiated career services at various universities and has been active as Chairman of the Career Service Network Germany as well as an expert and reviewer in the international higher education sector. In his consulting practice, he deals with all questions in the field of education and career.
