From 1-5 December 2025, an International Staff Week takes place at Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

This Staff Week will focus on accessibility in academic environments, highlighting the use of artificial intelligence and assistive technologies. The event is organized by Jagiellonian University with the support of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), and coordinated by the Accessibility Centre (Centrum Dostępności) in collaboration with the Office of the Rector’s Proxy for Cooperation within the Una Europa Framework.

Over five days participants will take part in workshops, lectures and discussions on accessibility in infrastructure, teaching, evacuation procedures and the role of artificial intelligence, with an opportunity to visit the Jagiellonian University Museum. The programme also includes the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3 December), celebrating accessibility, equality, and active participation in academic and social life.

The event is limited to 40 participants, with a maximum of three per university.
