Target Group: International Offices, Continuing Education, HR / Personnel Development (or similar offices offering trainings for non-academic staff development)
This session will present possibilties for staff training at Una Europa partner universities with a focus on:
making already existing trainings available to Una Europa partners
developing joint Una Europa staff development training.
Colleagues will present good practice examplesof trainings supporting the internationalization of professional staff at their institution. Examples: ProFi certificate program [link?] at FU Berlin, international education process at KU Leuven, etc.These are the goals of this session:
developers of trainings (International Office, Continuing Education, HR) will get to know each other
participants will learn about already existing trainings at partner universities and will collect ideas to implement at their own institution
more trainings will be offered and open to Una Europa partners in the future.
This session will be continued on day 3 of the staff week.
