The module-packet provides both theoretical foundations and application-oriented knowledge of modern management and business administration. In particular, it offers an exemplary insight into the essential concepts, theories and methods of the subject and shows application requirements. The principles of scientific work and good academic practice are taught and applied. The course offers an introduction to academic work. In addition to the subject-specific basics, students are taught methodological tools for analyzing and dealing with problems. The course also offers opportunities for independent application of the content and methods taught. Practical examples provide opportunities for reflective discussion of selected problem areas, even beyond the application of these tools in a business context.
