As one of Europe’s largest and most diverse Staff Weeks — bringing together over 250 participants from more than 50 countries across 11 parallel tracks — the 2026 program explores current and emerging topics in global higher education.
Covering a large range of topics from community-building and student mobility to equity, global outreach, and digital transformation, our tracks encourage you to engage, exchange ideas, and take new insights back to your home institution.
Designed and hosted by expert teams across Freie Universität Berlin, each track fosters dialogue, peer learning, and meaningful professional exchange in an open and collaborative setting.
