This only applies to students that have studies abroad for two semesters OR started their semester abroad in the summer term. |

Transcript of Records |
Immediately after issuance from the host university (can be submitted later). |
If the transcript is sent directly from the host university to the Erasmus team, you will be notified by email. |
All final documents must be uploaded as a PDF via an online form in the MoveON Outgoing Portal of the FU.
- Please open the link to the MoveON Outgoing Portal only via the browsers Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge in the latest version.
- Link to the MoveON Outgoing Portal: https://fuberlin.moveon4.de/form/66ed925fe0209de61702574e/en
- Log in with your existing MoveON access data (e-mail, password).
- Open the online form in the portal with the name “Erasmus+ Study Europe and SEMP: Final documents” by clicking on “Start”.
If several options appear in the form field “Your stay”, please select “Your surname, your first name - 2024/25 - Erasmus+ Studium”. If nothing appears in the drop-down, you have not logged in with your existing/correct MoveON access data.
Please note:
According to the Erasmus+ regulations only students that have submitted all mandatory documents are eligible for funding. If the Erasmus office does not receive the required documents by the deadline, we will be forced to stop the payment of your mobility grant and you will have to repay the entire funding amount.
