The ten-day workshop was designed as an expierence-based program. Participants learned more about sustainability, idea, innovation, and change management; exchanged ideas and professional knowledge with experts and like-minded peers; fostered innovation by participating in inspiring formats and developing ideas or projects and they sought out new opportunities for transnational cooperation and joint projects with a sustainable impact.
