I need a proof that I am completing an Erasmus exchange for the BAfÖG Office/University Administration/Visa application. Where can I receive this document?

The Erasmus office at the FU will issue the document which indicates the length of your stay and the amount of grant you will receive.

Erasmus+ Studium & SEMP Application Period

General:

December 01, 2023 to January 31, 2024 for stays in the winter semester 2024/25 and/or summer semester 2025.

Deviating application periods:
FB Law: November 15 to December 1, 2023
FB Business & Economics: March 01 to March 15, 2024, no remaining places

Remaining places:
May 1 to May 15, 2024 for stays in the summer semester 2025 (not every department or institute allocates remaining places).
