The following documents must be submitted within 30 days after the end of the internship:

• Letter of confirmation stating the exact period of the internship (completed and signed after the end of the internship, in original).
• Learning Agreement after the mobility/Traineeship Certificate completed, signed and stamped by the internship site (completed and signed after the end of the internship)
• Copy of the internship certificate
• Internship report (will be published anonymously on https://blogs.fu-berlin.de/auslandspraktikum/)
• Internship Report (electronic) via the Mobility Tool Plus of the European Commission (request will be sent automatically via email)
