Admissions Office
The Admissions Office consists of the two departments „national applicants“ and “international applicants”.
Interested persons please contact the Info-Service Studium Freie Universität Berlin first.
If your questions cannot be answered directly, they will be respectively referred.
Calls will be forwarded to the Admissions Office by the Info-Service Studium at the following times, if needed:
Monday-Thursday 9-16 h and Friday 9-14 h.

*If you would like to book an online appointment in advance, please send an e-mail to the Info-Service Studium and provide the following information: Application number (Uni-Assist or universities application portal), preferably video appointment in German or English, topic of the appointment, desired date (Thursdays, please note time difference since we are in CET).
