You can get a waiting number at the Info-Counter of the Student Services Center, Iltissttr. 4. We take time for each person individually and ask for your understanding that there may be waiting times.

With fixed appointment

After confirming your appointment, you can also choose to have it via video or phone - see appointment confirmation email.
