Una Europa funding at FU Berlin is available for university lecturers (professors, private lecturers, junior research group leaders) as well as heads of departments, central units, central university administration, and libraries to initiate joint collaborative projects with projects with Una Europa partners. Applications can be continuously submitted.

Una Europa Starter/Consolidator Funds
This call is aimed at university lecturers (professors, private lecturers, junior research group leaders) as well as heads of departments, central units, central university administration, and libraries with a maximum funding amount of 10.000 € for:
- Conferences and workshops exclusively at FU Berlin, also hybrid or with an online phase before an on-site phase;
- Delegation visits by members of FU Berlin to one of the 10 partner universities, or the invitation of a delegation from one of the 10 partner universities to FU Berlin.
The aim is to promote professional or scientific exchange, to initiate further cooperation (e.g. by preparing further applications) and to establish or expand cooperation projects in teaching, research and administration within the framework of Una Europa. Guests from other universities can also be invited to FU Berlin, but the funding of members of Una Europa universities should clearly be the focus of the activity.

Una Europa Research Exploration Funds
This call is aimed at university lecturers or professors with a maximum funding amount of 2.000 € for short stays at one of the partner universities in order to identify the possibility of longer personal research stays and other potential for further cooperation at the respective departments of the partner universities. and then to disseminate it at the FU's own department. In the next step, this could lead to a Starter/Consolidator Funds application with a larger delegation and more people from FU’s own department involved or a workshop for a joint application.
