The goal of the project is to investigate commonly believed misconceptions about the brain and present the findings as exhibition pieces. This course will guide students through the process of creating an exhibition piece. Students will gain insights from Neuro- and Computer Scientists as well as professionals in Blender / 3D-Design. They are encouraged to sketch, program and 3D-print their way through ideas and concepts to refine the final piece.
The course is aimed at students with an interest in building / prototyping creative ideas into reality. They should have the time to meet their group regularly and develop an exhibition piece. There are no other prerequisites.
The exhibition will be held in September of 2025 at a central location in Berlin. Additionally, the course will walk students through the process of scanning, processing and 3D-printing their own brain.
