Courses are offered in subjects from the scope of Arts and Sciences. Undergaduate students can take Chinese language courses (Mandarin/Putonghua and Cantonese) free of charge; graduate students will have to pay a fee (6 units = 2 courses per semester).
CUHK accepts applications from Chinese citizens.
Attention: Students who are enrolled in a master’s program at CUHK are not allowed to live in the student residences and must arrange their own accommodation independently. It is possible for master’s students to be enrolled in undergraduate programs, which would allow them to live in the student residences. However, in that case, enrolment in master’s courses cannot be guaranteed.
