The online registration period for accommodation options at the studierendenWERK and the Studentendorf Schlachtensee in the Winter Semester 24/25 with rental periods starting in September or October begins on 11.06.2024 at 11 am (CEST). Please note:                                                                                                                                                               Places are limited! The rooms are allocated based on the "first come, first served" principle. We therefore recommend that you register as soon as possible but not before the start of the registration period. All the registrations that we receive before the start of the registration period will not be taken into account.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             The allocation of rooms is subject to availability. As soon as an accommodation option is fully booked, we try to remove it from the registration form as soon as possible so that this option cannot be selected anymore. If the option is still on the registration form but is already fully booked, you will be placed on our waiting list.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Please note that you can only register for one accommodation option. If you apply for more than one accommodation option, we will only take your first application into account.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Before you register, please read the General Terms and Conditions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Registration for summer semester is possible from mid-December and for winter semester from mid-June and will be closed as soon as all options are fully booked.

Registration Procedure

Step 1

Please complete the registration form below (function is available twelve weeks before rental start) and choose your preferred accommodation option. 

If your request is successfully submitted, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming your registration immediately. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of registration.

Step 2

Within several days you will receive an official e-mail confirmation prompting you to transfer the reservation fee. The full amount must be paid to our account within one week (date of receipt) to make the registration legally binding.

For those who register at the options of studierendenWERK Berlin: in the payment request email you will also receive instructions about registering at the studierendenWERK Berlin website and sending us the applicant identification number. Without this number, your registration is not final.

Step 3

We will inform you once the payment has been received. Your registration will then be forwarded to the administration of the accommodation option of your choice. If your preferred accommodation option is already full, the ERG Universitätsservice GmbH will contact you immediately. The ERG Universitätsservice GmbH is not liable for the availability of selected accommodations.

Step 4

You will receive an email with all accommodation and arrival details about two weeks before your move-in date.
