- In the invitation for in-person events, it can be indicated that event materials will be provided digitally or printed only upon explicitly expressed request.
- Most participants bring an internet-enabled device to the event. If the materials are available online, participants can access them at any time, even on short notice.
- Access can be protected by a password or facilitated through a QR code. Creating a QR code is easy and free on the internet.
- Publications and promotional materials can be displayed as samples. Coordinate with your event partners to make the material accessible digitally.
- Avoid the use of disposable products.
