What documents do I need to submit for the performance review?
The applicable documents must be submitted by May 31 of the respective year. We will send you all the information you need in the course of the summer semester as well as a request to submit the necessary documents.
You will typically need to send us the following documents:
- An up-to-date overview of your academic performance (transcript of records) - printout from Campus Management system (overview of modules with completed and uncompleted modules)
- The filled-out form “Information on the Status of Your Degree Program”
- An academic letter of reference evaluating your performance, completed by a university lecturer/instructor (does not apply to the funding period 2023/2024 due to the pandemic)
- Extension request for the maximum funding period (where applicable) if the standard time to degree comes to an end upon completion of the summer semester 2022 (meaning that the winter semester 2022/2023 would already require an approved extension). Please note that your individual standard time to degree might have changed due to the pandemic.
In the case of points two to four, you will need the forms sent to you by the Deutschlandstipendium Office over the course of the summer semester.
