Saskia Vellguth works as a consultant, career coach and as a certified trainer for positive psychology. She has more than 20 years of expertise and international experience in designing and delivering organizational development programs and trainings (online and offline).

She works for international companies as well as for start-ups and individuals. As an adjunct lecturer she conducts workshops for the career service of FU and the University of Applied Sciencesm Berlin.

She provides results-oriented coaching and training services that support individuals, teams and organizations through processes of change and are tailored to each customer’s needs. A broad repertoire of methods, reflection and hands-on activities are designed to promote individual and organizational learning and transfer.
