Jördis Vassiliou
Extensive professional experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of interdisciplinary key competency seminars in both corporate and academic contexts, as well as in the development and delivery of didactic qualification modules for student (subject-specific) tutors and mentors. Active in adult education since 2004, with qualifications in higher education didactics and e-learning, and teaching experience at various universities. Holds a Master of Arts from Freie Universität Berlin in “Democratic School Development and Social Competencies.”
Since May 2018, she has been working at the Career Service, regularly conducting planning and methods workshops, teaching observations, subject-specific short workshops, and online didactic consultations for mentors and tutors.
Voluntary engagement in the "Netzwerk Tutorienarbeit an Hochschulen": Network Chair since 2020, Project Coordinator for the project "Tutorienarbeit vernetzt und nachhaltig gestalten" (funded by the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre, April 2023 - March 2026), and founding member of the regional Netzwerk Tutorienarbeit Berlin/Brandenburg (Freie Universität, Technische Universität, University of Potsdam, TH Wildau, and Europa-Universität Viadrina).
Active member of the Mentoring Network Berlin/Brandenburg, the German Society for Higher Education Didactics (DGHD), and the Society for Key Competencies.
