Bachelor in “Philology and Translation” (Ukraine) and Master in “Intercultural Communication” (Europe-University Viadrina, Germany). Certified intercultural trainer (Europe-University Viadrina) and design thinking practitioner (Hasso-Plattner Institute). With extensive background and experience in the field of university education and adult learning, she has been working in career development since 2019 and joined Career Service of the Freie Universität Berlin in 2025.

At FU Career Service she is coordinating the DAAD project “FUSE” with the aim to support international Master students in building a successful career in Germany.

Responsible for consulting international students and conceptualizing, planning and implementing project activities:

• skill-building workshop program
• internship program “Pathway to Success”
• alumni-talk and job-shadowing program
• networking company events
• fostering cooperation with companies in the region
• establishing Career Service LinkedIn Community
