BEST Masterclass – Support for Young People Entering the Job Market

The BEST Masterclass by the Deutschlandstiftung Integration is a digital program designed to support young people with migration backgrounds or from families with limited formal education as they embark on their professional journey.

The Deutschlandstiftung Integration is a non-partisan, non-profit foundation based in Berlin. Under the patronage of Chancellor Olaf Scholz, the foundation advocates for equal opportunities for disadvantaged groups and for social cohesion.

What Does the BEST Masterclass Offer?

The BEST Masterclass hosts monthly digital Role Model Talks on YouTube Live, where inspiring personalities share their experiences, offer career planning tips, and answer participants' questions. The program also includes exclusive LinkedIn Learning courses that provide practical knowledge, along with a LinkedIn Premium membership for one year. The BEST Masterclass is a collaboration with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) and is supported by LinkedIn.

Guest speaker is Frank Joung, journalist and podcaster. He founded the podcast "Halbe Katoffl" in 2016, the first German-language podcast focused on the lives of people with migration backgrounds. The podcast has been nominated for various awards in recent years.
