Students interested in leadership, communication, and international experience may want to explore the be.boosted Fellowship 2026 — a five-month training programme aimed at developing soft skills and negotiation abilities in motivated students and early-career professionals.

The programme includes:

• Weekly online sessions and individual coaching

• Three in-person training weekends in Germany

• Participation in international Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, including LIMUN (London) and Harvard WorldMUN (Lima)

• Alumni mentoring and access to a growing professional network

This year, be.boosted is particularly encouraging applications from students at universities in eastern Germany, with the aim of promoting broader diversity in their cohort.
