On the morning of Thursday, November 28, 2024, about thirty people congregated outside a building on Ihnestraße where the Otto Suhr Institute of Political Science, Freie Universität Berlin, is located. An occupation of the building did not take place. Representatives from the university management were on site and held discussions with the participants. The peaceful protest was supervised by the police. AStA student representatives from Freie Universität Berlin helped make it possible for the participants to acquire a temporary space for debate and discussion from 12:00 p.m. onward at a different location away from the institute building.
In the event that the university management is made aware of criminal behavior, the activity will be reported to the authorities.

The participants in the protest left the space acquired for them by AStA student representatives from Freie Universität Berlin peacefully around 5:00 p.m.
