The FUSE project is divided into two sub-projects on the subjects of academic success and employability with the following topics.

DISC plus peer mentoring (Center for Academic Advising and Psychological Counseling / International Student Support)

• Orientation: Development of target group-specific information and advisory services for international prospective and current students
• Academic, social and cultural inclusion
• Ensuring student success: study-related measures (networking, academic organization, learning strategies, student funding, etc.)

 Supporting structures for the transition to the German job market (Career Service)

• Integration of internships
• Skill building: building knowledge and skills for the job market
• Get Connected: Networking with alumni and employers
