Tobias Stüdemann is Head of the liaison office Eastern Europe of Freie Universität Berlin in Tbilissi, Georgia. Together with Julia Kobzar, PhD in German Studies and project coordinator of the German Philology Institute's partnership with three Ukrainian universities, he travelled to Ukraine recently. He wants to intensify the close cooperation with the Ukrainian partner universities.
