You can apply for Erasmus+ stays in other European countries on an ongoing basis. The award of a grant is subject to the availability of funds.

If you would like to apply for an Erasmus+ grant, please submit the following documents to the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Team (stefanie.ritter@fu-berlin.de) at least three months prior to the planned mobility dates.

• Invitation for teaching mobility by host institution (letter on letterhead or email with signature)
• Mobility agreement (Teaching), with all three required signatures*
• Curriculum vitae (including private address)
• signed declaration on the planned travel days
• Copy of your ID (Personalausweis or passport)
• your Private Address
• your Bank Account details (name of bank, IBAN, BIC)

* for the outgoing institution, this must be the signature of your line manager or the head of the institute/department
