Through its offerings, the University Sports Center at Freie Universität Berlin aims to help strengthen users’ health resources and build personal skills and good habits around health while taking social disadvantages into account.
The University Sports Center can also visit your office directly upon request through PausenExpress, an active break for four to eight persons at the workplace. A specially trained trainer stops by once a week at a designated time and spends 15 minutes on easy exercises, demonstrating how you can actively loosen, stretch, and strengthen your shoulder, neck, and back areas.
