Option 1: Main enrollment at another university in Berlin or Brandenburg

In order to re-register as a multiple enrolled student for the next semester, a certificate of enrollment for the subsequent semester from your main university with subject details must be uploaded in the Self-Service of the Student Records and Registration Office by March 31^st or September 30^th respectively.

Option 2: Main enrollment at Freie Universität Berlin

If your main university is Freie Universität Berlin and you also attend a module or a cooperative study program at another university in Berlin or Brandenburg, you must upload a certificate of enrollment/study certificate from the other university for the current semester with subject details in the Self-Service of the Student Records and Registration Office within the re-registration deadline.

Please be sure to observe the respective re-registration deadlines, as a late fee of currently €19.94 will be charged if the deadline is missed. When transferring the late fee, please indicate the Student ID number of Freie Universität Berlin. If you do not re-register, removal from the register of students will be initiated.
