UAS to present virtual communication and exchange strategies
News from Jun 18, 2018
Digitalization has not only become a buzzword in politics and business – also Higher Education Institutions have taken up on this topic, especially concerning international cooperation. Virtual exchange increasingly enriches communication in university networks and offers many new opportunities to connect. Especially with regard to the topic of sustainability, digitalization of university cooperation can contribute to a reduction of travel-induced emissions.
The International DAAD-Academy (iDA) addresses the topic in the seminar “Digitalization in Higher Education Cooperations”. In this context, we are invited to share our insights from virtual exchange and cooperation in the framework of the University Alliance for Sustainability. We will discuss experiences and practical knowledge on the connection between sustainability and digitalization. The presentation will take place July 4, 2018 at 11:45 am at Wissenschaftszentrum, Ahrstraße 45, 53175 Bonn. The seminar is a great opportunity for all interested people engaged in international offices and campus management, as well as researchers, professors and students to connect and discuss the topic of digitalization.
