A working group dedicated to the bee
The bee working group at the Institute for Veterinary Biochemistry deals with the health of honey bees. Combating parasites such as the varroa mite is crucial to its activities. In order to analyze the honey bee’s environmental stressors, the working group cooperates with federal and state institutions as well as beekeeper associations.
