Consultation Hours
What We Offer
Our psychologists at the support.points are happy to assist you. During an initial consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns and develop initial solutions. If necessary, we’ll refer you to other counseling services both within and outside the university.
Counseling sessions are confidential, and staff members are bound by professional confidentiality. Upon request, sessions can also be conducted anonymously. All support.points are open to all university members regardless of their department or faculty affiliation: Go to the one that works best for you!

We offer consultations (in person or online) at fixed times, which can be booked here.
Walk-In Consultations
During walk-in hours, you can simply drop by a support.point of your choice without an appointment. You’ll find the days and locations of our walk-in hours directly below this text as well as the times for appointment hours and information about the locations (drop-down menus). There you’ll also find up-to-date information on closures or changes to office hours.
