Digital Lecture Series 2020
Welcome to the FU-BEST Digital Lecture Series!
Last Fall, we were not able to offer our usual array of high-quality on-site courses due to the Covid-19 pandemic and resulting travel restrictions for most of our participants. As an alternative, we have decided to bring a selection of these courses to international students’ homes and campuses for free! We invite you to catch a glimpse of studying abroad with FU-BEST by attending our digital lecture series online.
A Welcome by the President of Freie Universität Berlin
During our Fall Semester 2020, FU-BEST presented 12 subject course lectures in English as well as three German language sessions live online. You can find the recordings here. Join our instructors from disciplines as varied as history, literature, politics, law, architecture, business, philosophy, environmental studies, and many more as they share their respective expertise in three main thematic sections – the past, present and future of Europe, Germany, and Berlin. Select the available German level that fits you best (or try out all three!) and experience a session about the holiday season in Berlin with one of our dedicated German language teachers.
