Doctoral Program Biomedical Sciences
Research Focus
Our focus is on basic and applied research on life sciences. From the exploration of individual molecules with high biomedical relevance over the discovery of mechanisms of infectious diseases to projects in step with current practice in areas like patient care and nutritional science, we offer a wide spectrum of research areas. The doctoral candidates are part of scientific projects related to the investigations of the groups involved in the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Freie Universität Berlin.
