On January 20, 2016, Prof. Omotade Akin Aina (Executive Director of Partnership for African Social & Governance Research; Nairobi, Kenya) held a guest lecture at the Henry Ford Building of the Freie Universität Berlin. The presentation was titled 'Africa and  the World in the era of the Post-2015 Development Agenda'.

The lecture was an event organized by Center for Area Studies in cooperation with the Humbolt-Universität zu Berlin and the Berlin Social Science Center; the lecture was moderated by Dr. Gregor Walter-Drop.
