The Tent Partnership for Refugees Foundation in cooperation with DaMigra is offering a mentorship program for refugee women. Participants will be paired with dedicated mentors who are already employed in German companies. The program includes major companies such as Adidas, Adecco, Barilla, Bloomberg, EY, H&M, Hilton, L'Oréal, Pfizer, Randstad and Sodexo.

You will meet with your mentors at least 6 times for 1 - 1 ½ hour(s), during a four to twelve-month program - either virtually or in person. The counselling includes:

• The local job search process, including assistance with creating a resume,cover letter and LinkedIn profile
• cultural norms at the workplace and in the host country
• access to a professional network in the respective professional environment
