This unit’s tasks include the following:

• Preparing market analyses
• Implementing calls for tenders (national and throughout the EU)
• Analyzing demand for procurement for the central and decentralized units
• Entering into framework and master contracts and agreements
• Advising and supporting all areas of the university in the case of procurement projects that are relevant in terms of tendering
• Implementing and administering the electronic procurement process
• UniKat procurement matters
• Providing user training
• Organizing the mail delivery
