The ASA Program is an exchange and scholarship program in the field of development policy. It provides scholarships to young people aged 21 to 35 from countries in Germany, Africa, Asia, Latin America and South-East Europe. 

From 1 Decemver 2025, university students and people who are in or have completed apprenticeships/professional training between 21 and 30 years of age can apply for the ASA scholarship 2026.
