German-Canadian exchange on research security intensified: On 18 June, representatives from the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia were invited by U15 to discuss the protection of international collaborations and research security with us. Representatives from the Universität Hamburg and Humboldt Universität were also present. The topic is becoming increasingly important against the backdrop of geopolitical changes. The members of the Berlin University Alliance work closely together as part of the BUA Forum on Diplomatic Resilience, which is funded by the Volkswagen Foundation.
