Around 650 exchange students from all over the world have begun their studies at Freie Universität in October. The student mobility team is there to support them with information events, a campus tour, and social and cultural events.

At the introductory event in the Henry Ford building on October 1st, the students were welcomed by first Vice President Prof. Dr. Verena Blechinger-Talcott and received important information about the exclusive courses for international students. At the parallel event "Market of Possibilities" the students could explore offers from university sports to the language center and the international club. 

At a boat tour and a quiz at the Festival of Lights, students had the chance to get to know each other and the city of Berlin as well as its history. At a game night and a welcome evening for current and previous exchange students, the new incomings were able to network with exchange alumni in a casual atmosphere.
