Una Europa has published a report of its Diversity Council as "Engaging with Diversity in European Universities."

Diversity is a key factor in creating an equal university alliance for all, which promotes equity and social justice to end discrimination and to foster inclusion. Gabriele Rosenstreich co-authored this report as FU Berlin's representative to the council and is also leading the Action Group Data Collection who also published an exploratory mapping of indicators and practices on diversity.
