The Gender*Equality Team and women’s representatives/gender equality officers provide confidential advising on programs that promote and support women and sexual minorities at Freie Universität Berlin and are a point of contact for people who have experienced gender-based discrimination.
The team advises on all topics related to balancing work, studies, and family responsibilities. Contact point for all university members who have family responsibilities (children and/or other dependents).
Employees receive needs-based assistance for work-related issues as well as personal challenges.
