Einstein Centers at Freie Universität Berlin

The Einstein Foundation Berlin, founded in 2009, aims to promote science and research of top international caliber in Berlin, to generate new research fields in the region, and to firmly establish Berlin on a long-term basis as a location of academic and scientific inquiry. Freie Universität Berlin is home to two Einstein Centers that receive funding from the foundation: the Einstein Center for Mathematics (starting in 2014) and the Einstein Center for Ancient Studies (starting in 2015).
