Central Services

The central services of Freie Universität offer a large number of resources, including advisory services, for the entire university community. Some services and facilities are also available to those not affiliated with the university. In addition to the so-called central services, a number of other bodies at Freie Universität offer specific services.

At eye level: Students from Freie Universität use the Ethnological Museum in Dahlem as a resource for their studies and research.

The Philological Library has modern workspaces for students. It contains approximately 700,000 books and subscribes to 800 periodicals.

Since 1945 members of Freie Universität and Technische Universität have been performing with the Collegium Musicum.
