    learning objectives:
     After completing this module, you will be introduced to the DATEV programs that are available in the German tax consulting industry Accounting, accounting, cost accounting, payroll and tax determination are extremely common, students have basic knowledge of this accounting and accounting software. You can use the accounting software in selected practical examples and prepare annual financial statements understand accounting in practical terms. They are able to apply their knowledge to new tasks apply other corporate accounting systems in a solution-oriented manner. In addition, the students are sensitized to equality and diversity aspects of accounting language.

    course content:
     The DATEV software for corporate accounting and tax consulting is explained, used and analyzed. This includes in particular: booking current business transactions, evaluating financial accounting (lists of totals and balances), making final entries, preparing a provisional balance sheet and profit and loss account, calculating corporate tax and trade tax, and business analysis.

     The students know the subject-specific challenges of peer mentoring, can describe typical mentoring situations and analyze their requirements. They also develop leadership qualities and behavior, can plan mentoring sessions, carry out moderation tasks and take on group leadership. You are able to develop comprehensive, addressee-oriented tasks and problems and evaluated from the perspective of departmental and diversity-specific requirements. you know the essential skills of moderation, conflict management and team building and transfer them independently in a consulting concept. In addition, they can study both university and non-university Analyze support potential and reflect on and optimize consulting situations carried out.

    course content:
     The students learn to pass on their own skills and experiential knowledge in educational practice to contribute to internal knowledge transfer. You apply effective leadership qualities and corresponding competencies to support and enable those interested in education along their various learning paths them an examination of their own situation and offer support with a concrete orientation practical references.
